What We Do
We work with CEOs, executive teams, CHROs, and boards to help evaluate culture, understand purpose and organizational design and utilize a Culture Design framework and other tools to build high performing, resilient organizations with purpose.
We believe culture emerges in organizations often by default, and that it’s time to get intentional about managing organizational culture. Company cultures that are defined intentionally and that focus on longevity, resilience and purpose provide a kind of armor against the precariousness of leading a company in this age of dynamic change.
Who We Are
We are a boutique consulting organization founded in 2020 with over 50 years of C-level operating experience working in and building great company cultures and high-performing teams across a wide range of industries including technology, finance, retail and food. Our mission is to work with CEOs and leaders to build great company cultures on purpose.

Our Approach
Know What Matters
Empathize and Define: We’ll identify the tools you can use to understand the needs, desires and pain points of your workforce, customers and other stakeholders and how to listen, understand and empathize. We will collaborate with you by doing an archeological dig on the current organization, and its mission, values, and purpose, finding the gaps between what is written down and what is experienced in reality. Ultimately, the result of this phase is to define and create an intentional vision for your future organization.
Do What Matters
Execute, Iterate and Bring Culture to Life: During this phase, you’re working with a great hypothesis of an intentional vision for your organization. It’s now time to put it to the test. We will share with you best practices, strategies and stories full of creativity, imagination and results from dozens of CEOs and companies who are all-in on long-term intentional culture shifts. We will help you connect your culture with your strategies back to purpose throughout the organization to make your culture shift sustainable. We will share best practices for you to engage middle managers and frontline workers to solidify and reinforce your culture design. The result of this phase will be to develop your culture design beta plan, launch and iteration roadmap to bring your culture to life company wide.
Measure What Matters
Culture Design is an Intentional Iterative Process: In this last phase, we are through two parts of the culture design process. We’ve done your dig, using empathy to understand worker and customer experiences and identified the gaps between those lived experiences and your company values. We’ve also worked with you to imagine the culture as you hope it exists in the future through your intervention and design. You’ve taken your first steps to implement the culture through communication, new policies, new technology and more.

We’re not done yet. It’s time to measure your culture design’s effectiveness. We will assist you to take stock of what data is currently being collected, choose what matters most to measure, and tools and ways to measure and evaluate the results over the long haul. We will share best practices on the importance of crystalizing your findings and using visualization tools to communicate throughout the organization and to your board.
